Permira has a long established operation and presence in Guernsey. Permira Holdings Limited is the holding company for the Permira group. Its board is responsible for the operations and management of Permira. Permira Holdings Limited owns the various entities comprising Permira’s global office network. It also owns the Permira brand, various companies which hold Permira investments and the general partners/managers which make all investment and divestment decisions for the Permira funds including Permira Europe I, Permira Europe II, Permira Europe III and Permira IV.
The team oversees the Guernsey operations of the Permira Holdings Limited group and the Permira funds. They also work on a number of areas of central operations, including risk management and compliance, investor relations, finance and accounts, and are a fully integrated part of Permira’s business.
