Carol Roche Austin

Carol is HR Director and leads Permira's HR strategy, covering key talent management areas including recruitment, learning and development, career management as well as compensation.

Prior to joining Permira in 2009, Carol spent three years at 3i where she was the HR Director of their Global Growth Capital Business and Asia Region. Prior to 3i, Carol spent five years with Siebel System in a variety of international roles.

Carol has a degree in Arts from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth, Ireland.
